Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping

 

KaiArden Supply can ship to virtually any address in the world via our domestic shipping carriers. Please note, there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  Most orders placed with us will be processed and shipped within 24 hours depending on product availability.  We will contact you via email with any orders that will take longer than 10 days to process.

The shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can usually be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Occasionally, some products' shipping costs are relative to the item's size. In those cases, the cost will be tallied in accordance with the item's depth or length the majority of the time.

 

Returns Policy Overview

 

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by KaiArdenSupply.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We KaiArdenSupply.com will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Email our Sales Department at sales@kaiardensupply.com, and we will guide you through the process.

 

You should expect to receive your refund within four or five weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return item(s) from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 

 If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Our Sales Department will notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

KaiArdenSupply.com does not accept returns of the following items:

 

  • Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC
  • Downloadable software products or digital content
  • Gift cards
  • Any items deemed perishable goods

 

Receiving a Refund

 

KaiArden Supply will request a refund after we receive and process your return.

 

You should expect your refund within 4 or 5 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner).

 

This time period includes:

 

  • 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
  • 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
  • The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)

 

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

You can email us at sales@kaiardensupply.com regarding any questions or concerns you might have regarding your return. If you do not receive your refund by week five, call us immediately so we can remedy the situation and contact all parties involved.

KaiArden Supply may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return at our sole discretion. You will be notified via email by one of our staff members if we do not require that you mail your item back for a refund.

 

Exchanges

 

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our Sales Department within 5 days of receipt to request a replacement. Our Sales Department's email is sales@kaiardensupply.com.

 

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our location. All returns and exchange correspondence is handled through our Sales Department.

 

Subsidiaries

 

KaiArden Supply and its subsidiaries operate on third-party hosting and e-commerce platforms, as such, KaiArdenSupply.com may not always be available due to an unexpected outage. KaiArdenSupply.com will not be held liable for unexpected outages due to third-party interruptions.

 

Large Items Shipped By Specialty Carriers

 

We are happy to accept returns for large items that are shipped via our specialty shippers. These items do require a special type of return and cannot be returned with a pre-paid return mailing label like standard shipments. If you need to return an item shipped via a specialty shipper, please contact us at sales@kaiardensupply.com to request the return. We will follow up with instructions for returning the item. Returns that are not the result of our error will be subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund.

 

In-Store Returns

 

Items purchased from KaiArdenSupply.com cannot be returned to a physical store (otherwise known as brick and mortar stores). All items must be processed online via our Sales Department.

 

Using Our Return Mailing Label

 

In the event the return is processed with our mailing label; please note that our label is only valid for those returns shipped within the United States.

 

Each return mailing label is unique and coded for a specific shipment. Please do not include items from other orders, or other shipments from the same order, in the same box, or you will not receive the correct refund. Each shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label.

 

If you use this mailing label and the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll pay the return shipping costs.

 

If you use this mailing label and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund. The amount deducted will be equivalent to our standard shipping cost for that item.
